- Combined DLL and EXE into a single UniKey single

- New feature: UniKey now has very nice notifications
visible for both desktop and metro applications when

- Fully supports Windows 8, Windows 8.1, including
metro apps.
- UniKey now consists of a single executable file
(EXE). No additional DLL is needed.
- Both 32-bit and 64-bit versions are available.
