Marinade the chicken with the above
ingredients. While let the chicken legs sit in the marinading bowl
prepare the garnish by doing the following.
Heat some olive oil and fry some minced
garlic for about 20 seconds, add some soy sauce, wine vinegar (to taste)
and set cool. After that toss in the tomato and onion slices and
lettuce.
In a frying pan, heat some oil and fry
the chicken legs until cook both sides.
Arrange a chicken leg over a plate of
rice and garnish with cucumber slices and tossed salad.
